A very productive virtual meeting took place today, after signing a bilateral agreement between the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage (KNUCH).
KNUCH was established in 2000 in order “to nurture traditional culture experts who are equipped with both theories and practical applicability in creative inheritance and development of traditional culture and preservation, management and utilization of cultural properties“. KNUCH constitutes the only cultural heritage school in Korea, while it is also a prestigious school leading the world through a variety of exchange activities with advanced countries in the cultural heritage field.
Both Universities will benefit from this close cooperation in the fields of culture, science, technology, and research. This agreement will allow academic staff and student exchanges between the two universities, as well as joint research projects.
