Elina Argyridou

Short Bio

Elina received her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Brunel University London, UK (2017). Her Ph.D. research is based on finite elements methods for engineering problems in solid and structural mechanics. Herwork experience and research interestsinclude but are not limited to mathematical and computational modelling, numerical analysis, data analytics, approximation theory, informatics, data knowledge and data management.

Elina also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brunel University London, UK (2013-1016).

In addition, she holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics with specialization in Computational Mathematics from University of Athens, Greece (2008), an M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics and Computation from University of Leicester, UK (2010) and an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from University of Cyprus (2013).
